De La Salle were crowned Waterford under-20 county 'A' hurling champions following a 1-14 to 0-13 points victory over Abbeyside at Fraher Field last Sunday.

Recent Waterford debutant Reuben Halloran, who contributed seven points on his first senior outing for Davy Fitzgerald's side against Tipperary last week, scored all 1-14 of De La Salle's score tally to guide his team to the county title.
