Pub only serving Guinness 0.0 to hit Waterford as part of All Together Now festival
The Guinness 0.0 T0.0UCAN PUB, Ireland's pioneering non-alcoholic festival bar, is making a highly anticipated return to All Together Now this August Bank Holiday weekend (July 31 – August 2) at Curraghmore Estate in Co Waterford.
Last year, the T0.0UCAN PUB made history as Ireland's first-ever non-alcoholic bar at a music festival, reimagining the traditional Irish pub experience with Guinness 0.0 on draught, offering a fresh and inclusive way for festival-goers to enjoy the full energy and atmosphere of All Together Now without alcohol.
This year, the T0.0UCAN PUB elevates its offering by partnering with Bahay, the celebrated Filipino-Irish culinary duo of Richie Castillo and Alex O’Neill. Across the weekend, Bahay will bring their distinct buzz and energy to the T0.0UCAN PUB, serving fire-cooked food and viral Bahay favourites designed to pair perfectly with pints of Guinness 0.0.
On Sunday, August 3, the collaboration culminates with a special ticketed, seated Sunday Roast inside the T0.0UCAN PUB. This modern, family-style shared roast, cooked over fire on Bahay's custom Smoking Soul rig, blends Filipino flavours with incredible Irish produce, uniquely incorporating Ireland's most iconic stout. Due to the intimate nature of this exclusive event, only two sittings will be available on Sunday afternoon, accommodating a limited number of guests. Booking is essential to secure your spot. Visit the Guinness Ireland and Bahay social channels for ticket details.

The T0.0UCAN PUB returns with a jam-packed line-up of live music, high-energy DJ sets, and bold culinary moments. The weekend kicks off on Friday with The BAHAY BBQ with JWY, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. Saturday’s lineup features standout sets from Kojaque and Monjola, followed by an electric B2B session with Claire Beck, Mona Lxsa, and Maria Lawlor. On Sunday, festival-goers can catch Biird live, indulge in the highly anticipated Bahay Sunday Roast soundtracked by BLKCNVS, and close out the weekend with a final B2B set from DJ Wax, January Winters, and Marcus O’Laoire.
"Following the incredible response to last year’s debut of The T0.0UCAN PUB we are thrilled to be bringing it back to All Together Now for a second year," said Monika Nzughem, Guinness Brand Manager. "As more people choose to moderate their drinking, especially at festivals, Guinness 0.0 offers more choice without compromising on taste or experience. This year, we are proud to build on that success with a new collaboration with Bahay, making The T0.0UCAN PUB even more exciting and inclusive for all attendees."
Guinness 0.0 will also be raising a pint to the dedicated volunteers working behind the scenes at Curraghmore Estate, inviting them to enjoy a well-earned pint of Guinness 0.0 at T0.0UCAN PUB after their shifts – a small gesture of thanks for the big part they play in bringing the festival to life.
