Yasmine Byrne grew up in Crumlin, Dublin to a ‘single mother’ and lived in ‘a council estate with her mother, brother and sister.’
Jazzy went on to ‘learn violin in school and cites Laurel Hill and Raye as influences’ in her music.
In March 2023, she released her debut single ‘Giving Me’ and nine months later she performed the song in the O2.
The artist looked visibly proud in the post when fabs sang it back to her as Capital closed the edit with the caption ‘don’t give up on your dreams.’
