'Ruined from the day I was born' - Niall Horan opens up about serious health concerns

The former One Direction star has said he is worried his 'hips are going'
Niall Horan has opened up about about some serious health concerns in a recent interview saying "I think I was just genetically f****ed from the day I was born".
Speaking on the Zach Sang Show, a podcast based in Los Angeles, Horan revealed that he may eventually need a hip replacement.
The Mullingar native admitted that years of strain have taken a toll on his body, particularly in his hips and knees, and that he has been dealing with persistent discomfort.
The former One Direction star has already undergone knee reconstruction surgery in 2014 while his other knee needed injections after he tore a tendon in 2023.
Opening up about his family history, Horan revealed that his father (66) has recently had a knee replacement, a hip done last year and is getting his other hip done soon, while his uncle has also had two knees replaced.
Horan joked, "Like, it's a thing, I think I was just ruined from the day I was born", adding that his "knees are f***ed" and "the hips are going now too", admitting that a hip replacement could be on the cards if the situation worsens.
Fans were quick to react with many expressing concern and urging the star to prioritise his health.
Despite the concerns, the 31-year-old, who is due to drop his fourth album Dinner Party this summer, has continued to maintain a busy schedule, balancing music, touring and TV commitments.
