A man aged in his 50s has died in motorcycle crash in Dublin overnight.
The single-vehicle crash took place on Lower Road, Strawberry Beds, Lucan, before 4.30am on Wednesday.
The man was treated at the scene but was pronounced dead a short time later.
The scene has been preserved for examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and local traffic diversions are in place.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward, including those with footage of the area.
