‘Many happy faces’ at Waterford’s Our Lady of Mercy Secondary School as students get Leaving Cert results

There were ‘many, many happy faces’ as students collected ‘fantastic' Leaving Cert results at Our Lady of Mercy Secondary School in Waterford on Wednesday.

In total, 1,443 students across the county were opening their Leaving Cert result envelopes this morning, with the numbers made up of 698 girls and 745 boys.

Waterford Live visited De La Salle College and caught up with Waterford city 18-year-olds Adam O'Neill and Conor Power, who were among a group of students first in to collect their Leaving Cert results.
