Cahir Gardaí stopped a tractor carrying a trailer with an unsecured load and other defects this week.
Gardaí wrote on their official Twitter account: "No lads, this isn’t a scene from Final Destination!
"Lives were at 'stake' with this sharing the road".
The driver is set to appear in court.
