Tramore Promenade Festival organisers have thanked everyone who made this year’s festival a huge success.
From music to kite flying, wrestling and a dog show, the event was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
Tramore Promenade Festival has grown into one of the biggest seaside family festivals in Ireland, with collections at this year’s event raising funds for organisations such as Down Syndrome Ireland.
Sponsors of this year’s event included Brooklyn Restaurant, Moe's Cafe, Tramore Chamber of Tourism and Commerce, and Tramore Amusement and Leisure Park.
Organisers also thanked all the ‘wonderful entertainers, artists and performers who entertained the crowds throughout the weekend, in particular Special Branch Carvings, and all the kite flyers who graced our skies, namely Vaughan Livingstone and Tom Greenfield, Felix Mottram and Maggie Walker, Ashley Mottram and Johnny Claffey aka The Decorators, Gill and Jon Bloom from Skyblooms, Alfie Jobbins and Elliot Cubie, Sara and David Lyth, as well as the traders who ensured a great variety of food, craft and giftware was available’.
Appreciation was also extended to Down Syndrome Ireland and HB Hazelbrook Farm for the ice cream party, and to all the emergency services who were in attendance.
